Things to know about moving in...or out!

When moving into a My Great Rental property, it is important to have a complete walk through prior to possessing the property.  We will make mention of any existing issues prior to your move-in, and address those of importance.  This protects you from undue expense upon your move-out.
 
As a tenant of ours,  you will receive occasional reminders via mail or email to change your furnace filters, change your smoke detector batteries, and/or other seasonal maintenance reminders.  These are the responsibility of the tenant.
 
Maintenance issues must be in writing per WA State law.  We have provided you with a MAINTENANCE Request link on this site.  If it is an emergency maintenance issue,  please call 360-201-4236; and refer to the contacts listed on the Maintenance Request page.
 
Per your lease agreement, a request for termination of the lease or non-renewal must be provided in writing 30 days prior to the end of the lease, and must be delivered to the Property Management Company by the 1st day of the month. Please use our Move-Out Notification, and if applicable Early Vacate Policy
 
When moving out of your property you will have a final walk through with My Great Rental Property Management.  The property must be in the same condition as when you moved in.  We have provided a move-out check list to help you keep as much of your deposit as possible! 
 
As to not incur additional charges, it is important to return all keys, garage door openers, or other items provided to you at move-in.
